The fee structure may be fixed, retainer-based, commission-based, or a combination depending on the mandate. Heseri’s fee, any third-party fees and any material referral arrangement are disclosed in writing before appointment.

Formal valuations, authentication, condition reports, legal advice and export opinions are issued only by the relevant independent specialists. Contemporary art may be handled across borders subject to applicable law and logistics; antique transactions are presently limited to Australia.
